Lukwago Detained at Kira Police as Lawyers, Family Seek Access
The family and lawyers of former Kampala Lord Mayor and People's Front for Freedom (PFF) President Erias Lukwago have filed a habeas corpus application in the High Court, seeking orders compelling security agencies to produce him before the court and explain the legal basis of his detention.
