LCII Chairperson Arrested for Defrauding Cattle Restocking Programme
Police in Soroti have arrested Jackson Ogwaya, the LCII chairperson of Okunguro Village in Asuret Sub-county, over allegations that he defrauded a beneficiary of the government's Cattle Restocking Programme of five million Shillings.
