Natasha Nyonyozi wins Beauty with a Purpose Africa Award at Miss World in India

Natasha Nyonyozi was presented with the award of beauty with a purpose Africa award at the 2025 edition of the miss world competitions in India.

She was given the award after judges were pleased with her presentations about her vision as a miss Uganda pageant winner and what she intends to do during her one year reign.

This award was also won by former Miss Uganda Hannah Karema Tumukunde during the 2024 edition of miss world competitions in Mumbai India.

Other winners of the Beauty with a purpose in the competitions are Valeria Perez (Miss Puerto Rico) who who was named beauty with a purpose award for Americas and Caribbean region, Millie-Mae Adams (Miss Wales) who got the beauty with a purpose award for Europe and Monica Kezia Sembiring ( Miss Indonesia) who got the beauty with a purpose award for Asia and Oceania

The Beauty with a Purpose is an event that was established in 1972 and its celebrated before the Miss World pageant.

It awards the contestant with the most relevant and important charity project in her nation

Over the years, this initiative has tirelessly raised funds for numerous worthy causes, donating more than $1 billion to local and international organizations aiding disadvantaged children worldwide.
