Singer Omulangira Suuna has said that he is unfazed by being snubbed by Bobi Wine during Mikie Wine’s concert that took place at the Kampala Serena Hotel on Friday 15th, November, 2025.
His response comes after Bobi Wine refused to shake his hand when Omulangira Suuna offered to do so during his performance.
The incident excited so many fans of Bobi Wine who supported Bobi Wine’s move saying Suuna never deserved the handshake because he has not been supporting the struggle.
After his performance, Omulangira Suuna said he is unfazed by the incident because he only wanted to show Bobi Wine that he has no problem with the singer cum politician.
“It wasn’t a snub as people think. I think the people that captured the incident never captured the whole performance of mine. At least Bobi Wine responded to my gesture by accepting to acknowledge my presence when I reached his table while performing,” he said.
He added that he is not afraid of such incidents since he is now a mature person and has gone through many phases of transformation.
The Serena Concert was attended by a sizable crowded that included all the former allies of Bobi Wine and the fire base crew including Banjo Man, Eddie Yawe, Pastor Wilson Bugembe and Levixone.
During his performance Mikie Wine thanked everyone who supported the concert and also thanked Buganda Kingdom for sending Prince David Kintu Wassajja to represent the kingdom at the event.
