Kansai Plascon Uganda has launched the 15th edition of its flagship Paint and Win promotion, committing more than UGX 2.2 billion towards promotional prizes and community paint donations.

The campaign, running from October 1 to December 12, 2026, was unveiled at the company’s offices on Second Street in Kampala’s Industrial Area.

This year’s campaign carries the theme “Koodi,” inspired by the familiar sound of a knock at the door and signalling the return of a promotion that has become an annual engagement with Plascon customers.

Customers to Win Cash, Motorbikes and Tuk-Tuks.

Under the promotion, customers who purchase Plascon paint worth at least UGX 200,000 from an authorised Kansai Plascon dealer will receive a scratch card containing a unique code. Customers must send the code by SMS to 7197 to enter the promotion.

The six daily winners will then proceed to a weekly game show, where five contestants will receive additional cash prizes of UGX 1 million, UGX 800,000, UGX 600,000, UGX 400,000 and UGX 200,000, respectively. In addition, one contestant will win a fully registered motorbike, a protective helmet and fuel worth UGX 100,000.

The campaign will also award two fully registered tuk-tuks — one at the halfway point and another at the end of the promotion. Each tuk-tuk winner will also receive a helmet and fuel worth UGX 100,000.

Campaign Extends to Communities

Beyond the consumer prizes, Kansai Plascon Uganda is using the campaign to support communities through a series of corporate social responsibility initiatives.

In October, the company will donate paint to Nsengwe Community Church in Mubende, the Women’s Prison in Luzira, Kisazi Primary School in Lubwama, Sooko Catholic Parish Church in Kisoro and Shruti Swaminarayan Gurukul School in Jinja.Further donations are planned for King’s Way Rehabilitation Centre in November and St. Kizito Primary School in Waluleeta, Luweero District, in December.

Kansai Plascon Uganda Managing Director Santosh Gumte said the campaign reflects the company’s appreciation for customers and its wider commitment to communities across the country.

“Our customers have continued to trust us to paint their homes, businesses, schools and other spaces. That support is the reason we continue to grow, innovate and invest in Uganda,” Gumte said.

He added that the company’s commitment extends beyond selling paint, noting that Paint and Win provides an opportunity to reward customers while contributing to the communities where the company operates.

Activations to Take Campaign Across Uganda

The company will also work with its nationwide dealer network to drive participation, with dealers and partners receiving incentives as part of the campaign.

Kansai Plascon Uganda Head of Sales Moses Kato described dealers as an important link between the company and its customers.

“Our dealers are our frontline ambassadors because they interact directly with our customers, and their support is crucial to the success of Paint and Win,” Kato said.

The 2026 edition of Paint and Win combines customer rewards with community initiatives, as Kansai Plascon Uganda seeks to deepen engagement with consumers, dealers and communities during the final quarter of the year.
