Omega256 Postpones Concert to September after Ditching Event Organizer

Western Uganda female artiste Omega256 has postponed her concert that was slated to take place at Lugogo cricket Oval on the 3rd, May, 2025.

 

The concert, which was being organized by Norbert Events, will now be organized by her own management called Diagram Evolution, Uganda on 19th, September,2025 at the same venue.

 

Speaking at a press conference she held at H20 Lounge on Monday 14th, April,2025, Omega said that she fell out with the promoter over breach of contractual obligations.

 

“ I will be organizing the concert with my management team, which I have worked with for 4 years since I started my career. It’s a lot of work between now and September but I believe with everyone’s involvement, the concert will succeed,”she said.

 

She said that she was heartbroken when Norbert pulled out of her concert preparations because this is her first concert as a recording artiste

 

“ I got heartbroken because all my heart and mind was thinking about this moment but as a strong woman in the industry, i had to reorganize myself and start afresh, this is why I called journalists to this press conference,” she said.

 

The press conference was attended by her colleagues from Mbarara City who included Lady Mariam Tindatine, Posha Ug, TPaul256 and other western Uganda artistes.

 

Posha Ug said they are going to work together as a team and support Omega’s dream of holding a concert in Kampala.
