Judith Heard Implores Police to Investigate Cocaine Use in bars

Fashion Model Judith Heard has asked Uganda police to investigate the use of cocaine in bars saying the trend is destroying many youth in the country

She said the trend is affecting female youth mostly because they are being lured into bars by men who are exploiting them for self motives.

“ I want Ugandan parents and the country to understand that your children are on cocaine and many of them are being introduced to it by men at after parties and men who are using and exploiting them with the aim of destroying their futures,” she said on her X handle

She urges Parents and every one concerned to speak up against this problem because staying in denial will not save the situation

“You can stay in denial but the truth is right in front of you. The silence and ignorance is costing many lives. Wake up and protect your children before it’s too late,” she posted

Her post follows the tragic death of  Martha Ahumuza, a fresh graduate of Isbat University who died at Mezo Noir lounge in Kampala under unclear circumstances.

The police are yet to release the post mortem report and her cause of death remains a subject of speculation. Four individuals have been arrested as police commence investigations into her death.
