C care seeks to expand into Regional Markets

C care Uganda seeks to expand its healthcare services across the East African region.

C care currently operates a nation wide network of hospitals and clinics that currently serve nearly 700,000 patients annually.

Dr Ian Clark the organisations founder says what began with one person and one facility has grown far beyond any individual into a corporate structure capable of driving real change.

Clark adds that it’s incredible to see this network continue to invest,expand and deliver top tier medical care to hundreds of thousands of ugandans.

Meanwhile C care CEO East Africa Azhar Sundhoo says they have an ambition to be an East Africa health care player by expanding into all East Africa countries.

He says the expertise they have had from Uganda allows them to continue expansion in East Africa and they will first veture into Kenya and Rwanda.

“Our goal is for C care to be known not only as a leading health care provider in uganda,but as an organization that helps define what excellent health care should look like in this region” adds Azahr.

He as speaking at the 30th year anniversary celebrations for C care healthcare excellence services in Uganda, the celebrations that took place at Munyonyo convention centre, were attended by representatives from the ministry of health, key partners and the C care staff.

At the same event C care awarded top performers at its annual awards.

Dr Daniel Kyabayinze the head of public health at the ministry of health said the ministry will continue partnering with private health facilities in the country by supporting them to ease their work.

He noted that the ministry’s doors are open to all private hospitals.
