GNL Zamba in Panic following Cyber Attacks on his Online Platforms

Baboon Forest Entertainment Founder GNL Zamba is in panic following an incident that led to the loss of his online accounts and data.

In a statement, he said his online accounts were hacked on 19th, July, 2025 while on a short trip to Zanzibar and he lost many online properties that included his websites that promote and sell his music.

Despite strong cyber security measures, the breach was traced to a compromised email account belonging to a former intern with limited access.

Unfortunately, this led to unauthorized control of the Baboon Forest YouTube accounts and temporary loss of important creative content, including GNL’s forthcoming album, unreleased videos, and projects in development.

The rapper and his team are collaborating with cyber security experts and relevant authorities to recover all affected assets and enhance their systems’ security.

“We urge our community not to respond to suspicious emails claiming to be from us, especially those requesting financial help. In the meantime, you can continue to enjoy content on the NSIMBI Music YouTube Channel,” he advised.
