The Uganda Young Democrats has announced plans to reclaim its position as one of the strongest youth organizations on the African continent. Among the plans to rediscover its past glory is the strengthening of its student organizations by launching the UYD Students Union as an umbrella of all UYD Chapters in educational institutions in Uganda.
