Musician Patrick Mulwana, aka Alien Skin, is wanted by the police over the death of a former member of the Fangone Forest group.
The victim has been identified as Wilfred Namuwaya.
According to police reports from Katwe Police Division, Namuwaya was picked up from his Ndeeba residence over the weekend by an individual identified as Musomali, linked to Fangone Forest, and taken to the group’s base in Kizungu, Makindye, on the night of 20th September.
A police detective involved in the investigation stated that Namuwaya’s exit from the group angered the leader.
Before his death, Namuwaya alleged that he was subjected to torture on Alien Skin’s orders. He claimed that Alien Skin’s men picked him up from his home, accusing him of theft, and took him back to Fangone, where he was brutally assaulted.
Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson Patrick Onyango says that the police are hunting for Alien Skin and several of his team members, including Commander Mdogo, Ibra Kabadiya, and Mijagulo, in connection with the murder of Wilfred Namuwaya, alias “Top Dancer”
According to Police reports at Katwe, Alien Skin and his group have been linked to multiple incidents of violence.
