Burora has again denied the charges before Chief magsitrate Ronald Kayizzi.

However court could not rule on Burora’s bail application because the state prosecutors asked for time to verify the documents including a marriage certificate and company documents presented by the surities before they can make a response in his bail.

The Court has granted this request and remanded Burora back to prison for another week until 19th/ July for the state’s response and bail ruling
