Haruna Mubiru hails Band Music as foundation of Uganda’s Music Industry
Renowned musician Haruna Mubiru has praised band music as the “everlasting foundation of music,” underscoring its role in shaping and sustaining Uganda’s music industry.
Mubiru, the founder of Cream Production, emphasised the importance of collaboration in promoting and preserving band music, which he believes is crucial for the industry’s growth and stability.
“Working together is the most important thing,” Mubiru said.
He explained his motivation behind establishing Cream Production.
“When I see there is a problem, I make sure I rectify it so that we can produce good music and progress well “he said.
Mubiru acknowledged the challenges faced by musicians, including the difficulty of attracting audiences.
He shared his experience of handling such setbacks, emphasizing the importance of adaptability to meet audience expectations.
Mubiru’s band, Cream Production, has grown into one of the prominent music production companies, supporting many artists and striving to elevate Uganda’s music industry through quality band performances.
