Speaking at the event, Adesope said this was hist first time to come to Uganda for such an event and credited Bebe Cool for investing his time and money in new sound.

“ If your music is consumed by Kenyans, Nigerians, Ghananians and Africans in the UK, they you are likely to become a global afro beats star because these are the areas where afro beats is highly consumed on digital platforms,” he said.

He also said that he only knows two artistes in Uganda that have potential to be global one being Bebe Cool and another being Joshua Baraka because he has been following them for some time.

“I’m based in the UK but these are the only artistes that I know in Uganda because their music is easy to understand,” he added.

The full album will be live on all streaming platforms from Friday 30th, May, 2025 and will be on major streaming platforms like apple music, Amazon music, sound Cloud, Spotify, audiomack, YouTube among other applications.

Bebe Cool begged Ugandans to keep streaming instead of downloading noting that listening to music outside the apps doesn’t pay the artist.

These are cheap platforms that are not expensive to pay for some of them are as cheap as 10,000 per month or three months, so don’t download the songs because we would like to earn some money and also know how many people have listened to the songs from the different parts of the world,” he said.

He said the only challenge he faced while recording the songs was when his daughter Bearta Ssali fell sick and was rushed to ICU yet he was on the plane moving to Nigeria

“ My Wife Zuena Kirema, messaged me to notify me about our daughter’s admission to the ICU as she was experiencing organ failure. When this happened I immediately contemplated traveling back to Uganda, but there were no flights available within the next 12 hours or 24 hours to Uganda though she was finally treated by a group six specialists,” he revealed.

The Party was attended by many Ugandan artistes and entertainers that included Cindy Sanyu, Alien Skin, Lil Pazo, Jose Chameleone among other artistes.
