The international university of East Africa in collaboration with motor care uganda have launched electronic motorcycles to be used in kampala city.

these say the project is aimed at decreasing air pollution and noise in kampala city which has been reported to hinder smooth running of business among different people.

While launching the E. mobility project,Dr Emeka Akeziro the. vice chancellor of international university of East Africa said this project will investigate and bring solutions for clean environment and clean transportation systems.

Emeka adds that this will be a game changer in reducing pollution in kampala- one of the most polluted cities in Africa.

He says kampala has many motor cycles which contribute alot in polluting the air adding that the electric motor cycles will be a solution hencec reducing chances of people falling sick due to air pollution.
