Roger Mugisha cut his radio ribbon on Sanyu FM 27 years ago as a love doctor and is now back to his roots in a new capacity as the head of programming.
In addition to his professional training as a radio programmer, sales and
talent coach, Roger is also a film producer and actor. A family man and respected player in the media industry in Uganda. Roger believes that radio should provide the most inspirational content, entertainment, and customer value while strengthening the cultural life of the communities we serve. An associate member of the Chartered Institute of marketing, Commonwealth Broadcasters Association, and also a member of the Uganda Marketers Society, UMS. Roger believes in naturing young talent in creating a positive generation cultural transformation.
