ACP Kituuma Rusoke has emphasized that the police have intensified their deployment across Kampala, particularly around NUP headquarters in Makerere-Kavule.

The police action began early in the morning, catching many off guard. The NUP offices, which serve as the nerve center for the party’s activities, were surrounded by heavily armed security personnel.
