HBO President Teases ‘Game of Thrones’ Season 8 Release Date
Game of Thrones final season is confirmed to air in ‘first half’ of 2019
The final season of Game of Thrones is set to debut the ‘first half’ of 2019 according to HBO’s programming president, Casey Bloys.
Bloys attended Television Critics Association event on Wednesday.
Furthermore, he told Deadline at said event, the prequel to Game of Thrones will not focus on a specific character but rather a group effort.
Bloys said the screenwriter did not center things around a male or female protagonist in her script.
Currently, HBO is negotiating with a casting director as it plans commencing with production in 2019.
Last month, HBO released a synopsis of what viewers can expect from the highly-anticipated preview,according to Daily Mail.
