DPP applies for serial killer's bail to be cancelled
The Director of Public Prosecutions Mike Chibita has asked the High Court to cancel the bail of suspected city car robber and murderer Robert Ssempebwa alias Kazahura.
The DPP says he can nolonger trace the where-abouts of Kazahura and his 2 co-accused, who were released on bail in 2015. In 2014 the three suspects were charged with aggravated robbery and the murders of over ten special car hire drivers, who were strangled and their bodies dumped in various places.
However they were released on bail in 2015 pending hearing of their case, but have since gone missing.
